Mind Gym: Mental Strength for Kids

Mind Gym is a structured 6-week mental strength training program for kids ages 8–12 designed to build focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.

Our Approach

Each week builds progressively, beginning with understanding attention and mindfulness, then developing emotional awareness, strengthening self-talk, improving focus under pressure, and practicing guided visualization for school and sports performance.

Children learn how to recognize their thoughts and feelings, pause instead of react, build a confident inner voice, and develop a steady, self-aware mindset they can carry into everyday life.

This isn’t therapy. It’s mental skill development.

This program is perfect for children who:

  • Get overwhelmed easy or have big emotions they struggle to manage.

  • Have strong personalities but need help with emotional control

  • Struggle with focus or staying present in school

  • Are hard on themselves or lack confidence

  • Play sports and want to improve their mental game

  • React quickly instead of pausing to think

  • Need tools for handling frustration, pressure, or social situations

  • Are sensitive, intuitive, or highly aware but don’t know how to process it

  • Want to feel more in control of their thoughts and reactions

Mind Gym gives them structure, awareness, and the mental tools to grow stronger from the inside out.

Our office is conveniently located in Rehoboth Beach with off street parking.

Our Instructor

SIOBHAN GLOVER

Psychic Success Coach | Mind Gym Instructor

Outside of her coaching work, Siobhan is a very involved mother of three boys and an active part of the local youth sports community. Between her family’s schedule and the work she and her husband do supporting young athletes through training, coaching, and strength development, their lives revolve around sports, teamwork, and personal growth.

Through years of watching kids navigate pressure, competition, and big emotions both on and off the field, Siobhan saw the need for young people to develop stronger self-awareness and mental resilience early in life. That experience is what inspired the creation of Mind Gym—a program designed to help kids build focus, emotional awareness, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their thoughts.
